{Studio Sneak Peek} and Weekly Deals

Here's a sneak peek at what I've been working on lately.  I've also got the latest Weekly Deals below. Enjoy!

This pennant project features the Pennant Parade stamp set, which is retiring.  Check the list {HERE} for stamps and {HERE} for retiring accessories.  These items are only available as supplies last (this is the first year in which stamps haven't been available until the end of the Annual Catalog).

The sweet doily (shown below) is in the Delicate Doilies set, which has retired.  While both the clear and wood versions of a desired set might be retired, there are sometimes versions available digitally on My Digital Studio!

Spring-y {Easter} Nest Card and Weekly Deals

Happy almost-Easter, Studio Visitors!  I had an egg-cellent time putting this card together.  I used my Pansy Punch for the nest (I sueded and distressed some layers).  The Bird Builder Punch gave me the branches with leaves and the Small Oval Punch was used to I create the eggs.  

The Whisper White piece of card stock was fed through my Big Shot and cut using the Deco Labels Collection Framelits. To give it texture, I adhered it to the Pink Pirouette piece and fed them together through my Big Shot with the Woodgrain TIEF.

Crochet Trim adds the final, whimsical touch.  This card was entered in The Shabby Tea Room Challenge, for which we were given a color palette and asked to use flowers, lace and/or ribbon.

I really had fun with this project.  I think that the next time I make it, I'll use a variety of patterns and stamp the eggs before punching them out.
