Mother's Day Card for a Colour Me Card Challenge

Here's a quick post about my Mother's Day card for this year...  I am sad to know that the Bits and Pieces set is on the Retiring Items list (production of the stamp set is guaranteed through May 31, but might sell out before June 2 after that).

Click {HERE} to shop the Retiring Items.

I am doubly sad about the Crisp Cantaloupe, as it's no longer available (it was among the 2013-15 In Colors which retired this May). This was the color palette from this week's Colour Me Card Challenge (CMCC70), so here it is!

I made the flowers from a retired punch (what was I thinking?!), but it could easily be replicated with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. A sweet Pearl Basic Jewel in the middle of each flower is just the touch...

The "Happy Mother's Day" sentiment comes from Teeny Tiny Wishes, one of my GO TO sets!

Studio Suggestion:  Those In Colors always sell out in their final months, so I usually make sure that I've stocked up on card stock, ink refills and accessories during Sale-A-Bration, when they're still around.

So pretty! I love the neutrals with just a pop of canteloupe. Thanks for joining us this week at Colour Me, Sara!
