Delicate Doilies {Fancy Fold} with a Belly Band

I scored my So Saffron card stock at 2.75 inches and 4.25 inches.  I didn't want the card to be open exactly in the middle.  I cut a piece of Epic Day This and That DSP to allow for a little border along the right side in which to stamp the sentiment.

Here's a shot of the card open.  The Belly Band is created using the fabulous Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, found in the Occasions Catalog.  I've fed the punched piece through my Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots TIEF.

The Belly Band is tied shut with the Silver 1/8-inch Ribbon.
